INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Canned Fish
- 1 can sardines in kabayaki sauce (100g)
Vegetable
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 4 shiso leaves
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Binder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container and rub them gently to break them into smaller pieces. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool and squeeze out excess water.
Lay a spring roll wrapper flat and place a shiso leaf near the bottom edge. Add an equal portion of bean sprouts and sardines on top. Roll tightly from the bottom, sealing the edge with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the spring rolls and pan-fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
