INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 10 large dumpling wrappers
Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 150g nanohana (spring greens)
- 🧅 50g minced onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 50cc heavy cream
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the nanohana into 3cm pieces, making slits in thick stems. Mince the onion.
Prepare the shrimp by removing the vein, washing, and patting dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Sauté onion until soft (about 2 minutes). Add shrimp and cook until color changes, then add nanohana and stir briefly. Remove from heat.
Mix all egg mixture ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Place 10 silicone cups on a baking tray and line each with a dumpling wrapper. Divide the sautéed mixture evenly among the cups, then pour the egg mixture evenly. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the egg sets and wrappers turn golden brown.
