INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 3 beaten eggs
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🥬 120g chopped cabbage
- 10g tempura crumbs
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Toppings
- Okonomiyaki sauce as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Aonori as needed
PASOS
Chop the cabbage into coarse pieces.
Heat salad oil in a rectangular frying pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Add tempura crumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir briefly.
Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan and stir gently until semi-cooked. Sprinkle pizza cheese on the front side and fold the mixture in half from the back to the front. Push it to the back of the pan.
Pour the remaining beaten eggs into the pan and cook until semi-cooked. Fold the mixture again from the back to the front.
Transfer to a plate and spread okonomiyaki sauce on top. Drizzle mayonnaise and sprinkle aonori.
