INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥒 Some zucchini, sliced
Broth Ingredients
- Some kelp
- Some anchovies
- Some dried shrimp
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Some ground pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil or chili oil
PASOS
Prepare the broth by boiling kelp, anchovies, and dried shrimp in water.
Chop all vegetables and prepare the squid by cleaning and slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic and chili powder over medium heat.
Add zucchini, onion, and squid to the pot and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the squid is slightly cooked.
Add green onion, soy sauce, and cooking wine, and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
Pour the prepared broth (about 6 cups) into the pot and bring to a boil.
Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
Serve hot over rice or enjoy as a standalone soup.
