- 🥬 200g lettuce, halved

- 🦐 8 shrimp, shell-on

- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2–1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Wash and halve the lettuce, then microwave for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté minced green onion and ginger until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2–3 minutes.
Mix in doubanjiang, sake, and salt, stirring well to coat the shrimp evenly.
Serve the shrimp mixture over the steamed lettuce.
