    • 1/2 green onion (82.5g), sliced
    • 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced and juiced

    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧄 1/3 tsp garlic paste

Slice the daikon radish thinly. Cut the green onion into thin strips (white part) and soak in water, then drain. Mince the remaining green onion and set aside. Slice the lemon and extract 1 tbsp of juice.

Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, then cut into 3cm wide pieces.

Layer the daikon slices in a microwave-safe dish, slightly overlapping. Layer the pork belly slices on top, also slightly overlapping. Pour sake over the layers, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 7 minutes until the pork is cooked.

In a bowl, mix the minced green onion, lemon juice, and sauce ingredients (salt, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, garlic paste) to make the lemon onion sauce.

Pour the lemon onion sauce over the cooked pork and daikon. Garnish with lemon slices and the prepared green onion strips.
