INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍠 200g sweet potato, sliced
- 🥓 120g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a small amount
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi granules
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
PASOS
Cut the sweet potato in half lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Soak in water, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, dashi granules, cornstarch, and water to prepare the sauce.
Layer the sweet potato and pork in the microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the mixture, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
