INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Slice the green onion diagonally and thinly. Slice the garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and beef, stir-frying until the beef changes color. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add green onion and stir briefly. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until well combined.
