Meat
- 180g ground pork
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 20g dried radish
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASOS
Rinse the dried radish briefly with water and squeeze out excess moisture. Soak it in a bowl of water for about 10 minutes, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix together the sake, soy sauce, miso, and doubanjiang to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the dried radish to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Then, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything together until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
