INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 180g ground pork
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 80g sliced green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of white pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASOS
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Heat sesame oil and red chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground pork, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add bean sprouts and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Mix in the seasonings (sake, salt, white pepper, chicken stock powder).
Plate the dish and sprinkle with black pepper.
