INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 500g beef belly or bulgogi cut
Vegetables
- 🥬 5 leaves napa cabbage
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 3–4 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Mix soy sauce, garlic, sugar, cooking wine, black pepper, and corn syrup to create the marinade.
Cut the beef belly or bulgogi cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with the marinade.
Slice napa cabbage, carrot, and chili peppers into thin strips.
