INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them into quarters. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise and slice them into 5mm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, and stir-fry until the mushrooms are cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, and pepper) and stir-fry until well combined.
