INGREDIENTES

- 🦑 200g squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 5g salted butter
PASOS
Separate the squid body from the tentacles and remove the internal organs and transparent cartilage.
Cut the body open, remove the fins, peel off the outer skin, and slice into 1cm wide strips.
Cut the tentacles below the eyes and remove the beak from the center.
Separate the tentacles into smaller pieces and clean them under running water.
Heat salad oil in a pan, stir-fry the squid over medium heat until cooked, then add sake, soy sauce, and butter.
Plate the squid and garnish with chopped green onion.
