INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), chopped
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (55g), sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASOS
Place beef in a storage bag, add garlic, sake, salt, and pepper. Massage well, then add cornstarch and massage again.
Cut cabbage into 2cm squares and slice green onion diagonally.
Mix sake, sugar, miso, and doubanjiang in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add cabbage and green onion, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove the lid, stir-fry briefly, then add the sauce and cook until the liquid reduces.
