INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g beef short ribs
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g), chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper.
Chop the cabbage into 2cm squares and slice the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, mayonnaise, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the beef until both sides change color.
Add the cabbage and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add the sauce and mix well.
