INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 300g cabbage, chopped
Meat
- 🐖 150g ground pork
Condiments
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into 1cm wide pieces for the stem and bite-sized pieces for the leaves.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add ground pork. Stir and cook over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage stem and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened. Then add the cabbage leaves, oyster sauce, and mayonnaise. Stir quickly to combine.
