- 🥬 4 leaves (160g) cabbage
Meat
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and mayonnaise, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
