INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bunch garlic chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken breast, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Other
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut garlic chives into 4 cm pieces, thinly slice the onion, and slice the red chili.
Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion and chicken, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add garlic chives, red chili, and the sauce mixture (soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger). Stir-fry until the garlic chives are tender.
