INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥒 3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🥩 70g beef, minced or finely chopped
Beef Marinade
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of ground pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly.
Mix the sliced cucumbers with 1 tsp of salt and let them sit for 20 minutes to release water.
Prepare the beef by mincing or finely chopping it.
Chop the white part of the green onion finely and prepare 1/2 tbsp.
Mince 1 tbsp of garlic.
Marinate the beef with green onion, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well and let it sit.
Squeeze out the water from the salted cucumbers without rinsing.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add the squeezed cucumbers to the pan and stir-fry with the beef until well combined.
Drizzle 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil and sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame seeds over the dish.
Serve the stir-fried cucumber and beef immediately.
