INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of cornstarch
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag (230g) stir-fry cut vegetables
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASOS
Marinate the beef with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat lightly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the beef and stir-fry.
Once the beef changes color, add the cut vegetables and stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
