INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 5 cm daikon, cut into 1.5 cm cubes
- 150 g konjac, torn into small pieces
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Toppings
- 2 g bonito flakes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a small amount
PASOS
Cut the daikon into 1.5 cm cubes. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain excess water.
Tear the konjac into small bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Place the konjac in a frying pan, add enough water to cover, and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat for 2–3 minutes, then drain the water.
Wipe the frying pan dry, add the konjac, and heat on medium to evaporate any remaining moisture. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add sesame oil and the microwaved daikon, stirring until coated. Add the seasonings (☆) and stir-fry further. Finally, add the bonito flakes and stir briefly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
