INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 medium eggplants
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
PASOS
Slice zucchini and eggplants into 1cm width. Thinly slice garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add peeled shrimp and stir-fry, then add eggplants and cook until softened.
Add zucchini, water, and chicken stock powder. Bring to a boil, then season with salt and black pepper.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry and stir to thicken the sauce.
