INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 4 slices ham
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 small onion
- A small amount of zucchini
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (210g)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Chop the prepared vegetables into small pieces.
Cut the fish cake and ham into similar-sized pieces.
Beat the egg gently until smooth.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion until golden brown.
Add the vegetables, ham, and fish cake to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
When the onion turns translucent, push the ingredients to one side and scramble the egg in the empty space.
Push the ingredients to one side again, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and let it caramelize slightly before mixing.
Add the cooked rice and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, then mix everything thoroughly.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds on top.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake rice hot and enjoy!
