INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 120g minced pork
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 150ml water
PASOS
Cut chives into 3cm pieces and trim the root of shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork is crumbled. Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water) along with glass noodles. Cover with a lid and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and add chives, cooking until they wilt.
