INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (120g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of chicken broth powder
- A dash of black pepper
PASOS
Tear the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper, and stir-fry until softened.
Add all the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth powder, and black pepper) and stir-fry until evenly coated.
