INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Condiments
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Trim both ends of the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut green onion into 2cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add grated garlic, chili, and green onion. Stir-fry over medium heat until the green onion is browned.
Add octopus and cucumber, stir briefly, then season with fish sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
