INGREDIENTES

- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pack pea shoots, halved
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 100g pork slices
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion.
Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add pork slices, and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the onion and continue stir-frying.
Add the halved pea shoots, sake, salt, chicken stock powder, and pepper. Stir well, then pour in the beaten eggs and cook until the eggs are set.
