INGREDIENTES
Pork
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 4 asparagus spears (80g)
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Peel the tough ends of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
In a bowl, mix the pork with the marinade ingredients (sake, grated garlic, salt, and pepper) and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the asparagus and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
Add ponzu soy sauce and butter to the pan, stirring to coat everything evenly.
Transfer the stir-fry to a serving plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
