    • 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Sauce

    • 💧 100ml water
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

In a bowl, mix the pork with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Massage well to coat.

Separate the bok choy leaves from the stems. Cut the stems into 4cm pieces and halve the thicker parts. Slice the carrot thinly and julienne the ginger.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Increase to medium heat and add the pork, cooking until it changes color.
