INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli, cut into florets
- 75g red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem and slice into bite-sized pieces. Remove seeds and stem from the red bell pepper, slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add broccoli and stir until coated with oil. Add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam over low-medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add red bell pepper and stir briefly. Add the seasonings (sake, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
