INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 250g pork loin, sliced for stir-fry
Vegetables
- 🥬 400g cabbage, roughly chopped
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the green onion and remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms before slicing them thinly.
Chop the cabbage into thick, bite-sized pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the sliced green onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
Add the pork slices and stir-fry until 80% cooked.
Add the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms to the pan, maintaining high heat. Stir-fry until the cabbage softens slightly.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the empty space. Let it sizzle and evaporate before mixing it with the rest.
Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds on top before serving.
