INGREDIENTES

- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then massage it into the meat.
Slice the carrot into thin pieces and cut the bell pepper into thin strips after removing the seeds and stem.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
