INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear of corn, kernels removed
- 6 green beans, trimmed and sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquids
- 1 tbsp sake
PASOS
Cut the corn in half and remove the kernels with a knife. Trim the green beans and slice them diagonally into 1.5cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the corn, green beans, and sake to the pan. Stir-fry and cover with a lid to steam for 1–2 minutes until cooked through.
Add soy sauce and butter to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
