INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g), smashed
- 4 okras (48g), sliced
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Smash the cucumbers lightly to enhance flavor absorption. Slice the okra and soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the smashed cucumbers, sliced okra, and rehydrated wakame to the pan. Stir-fry quickly to maintain a crisp texture.
Season with soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, and white sesame seeds. Mix well and serve immediately.
