- 150g konjac
- 100g sliced pork
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- A pinch of shichimi chili powder
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Boil konjac in a pot with enough water to cover it. Once boiling, cook for 1 minute, then drain.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Add konjac and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add seasonings (sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed. Serve on a plate, garnish with green onion, and sprinkle shichimi chili powder.
