INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥬 130g cut cabbage for stir-fry
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
PASOS
Cut the pork into 3cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add cabbage and cherry tomatoes, stir-fry until the cabbage softens, then add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
