INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g water spinach
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sesame Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash and cut the water spinach into bite-sized pieces. Trim the enoki mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
In a small bowl, mix the sesame sauce ingredients: sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and toasted sesame seeds.
Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly slices and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add the water spinach and enoki mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Pour the sesame sauce over the ingredients in the pan. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
