INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger. Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork belly. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage and ginger to the pan and stir-fry until the cabbage becomes tender.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until the flavors are well blended.
