    • 30g sake lees
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp miso

Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.

In a bowl, mix sake lees with sake and mirin gradually until dissolved. Add remaining seasonings and mix well.
