- 🧄 5 cloves garlic

- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Soy Sauce Ingredients
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp mirin
- 6 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Slice the cabbage and garlic. Prepare the spicy sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, vinegar, chili powder, water, sesame oil, and green onion.
Prepare the soy sauce mixture by combining soy sauce, mirin, water, and sugar. Mix with the pork belly.
Cook the pork belly and sliced garlic in a pan until browned.
Add the cabbage and spicy green onion mixture to the pan. Stir well and drizzle sesame oil before serving.
