INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g pork cheek
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Meat
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion, remove the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them, and thinly slice the red bell pepper after removing seeds and stem.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients for meat (sake, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger). Add the pork cheek and massage the marinade into the meat. Add the prepared vegetables and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated meat and vegetables, stir-frying until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
