INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 50g minced pork
Vegetables
- 10g chopped chives
- 🧅 20g finely chopped onion
Liquid
- 💧 150ml water
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients by chopping chives and onion finely for easy consumption.
Mince the pork or use pre-minced pork. Any pork cut can be used.
Add 150ml water (or broth) to a frying pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the chopped onion and chives to the boiling water.
Add the minced pork and stir-fry while simmering over medium heat until the liquid is almost evaporated.
Once the liquid is mostly evaporated, the dish is ready to serve.
