INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (100g), sliced
Aromatics
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Slice the green peppers into thin strips after removing the seeds and stems. Cut the king oyster mushroom into thin sticks about 5mm wide.
Cut the pork into thin strips and marinate with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients: sake, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, cornstarch, and water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork, grated ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add the green peppers and king oyster mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are coated in oil.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
