INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 scallion, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the scallion in half lengthwise and slice thinly at an angle.
In a bowl, mix the scallion with the salt and sesame oil from the ☆ seasoning.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork.
Once the pork changes color, add the scallion mixture and stir-fry until the pork is browned and the scallion is tender. Serve and sprinkle with pepper.
