INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 handful of dried anchovies
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🍯 1.5 tbsp honey
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in cold water for 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and water to create the sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the potatoes.
When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the anchovies and stir-fry. Reduce the heat to low.
Add the prepared sauce and continue stir-frying until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Turn off the heat and mix in honey, green onion, and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
