INGREDIENTES
Beef
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Season the sliced beef with salt, pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Slice the pumpkin thinly after removing seeds and pulp. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Slice the green bell peppers into 5mm strips.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the pumpkin and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then pour in the sauce and mix well.
