- 🎃 120g of sliced pumpkin
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (190g) of mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tablespoons of ponzu sauce
- A pinch of pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
PASOS
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mackerel and break it apart while stir-frying briefly.
Add sliced pumpkin to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
Add ponzu sauce and pepper, then stir-fry everything together until well combined.
