INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 10 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
PASOS
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, wash them thoroughly, and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion and julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms.
Add the sliced onion and carrot to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and stir well. No need to add water as the mushrooms release moisture.
When the vegetables become semi-transparent, add 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and mix thoroughly.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a small amount of chopped green onion before serving.
