INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 2 green peppers
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
Meat
- 🐖 100g pork slices
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- as needed cornstarch
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
PASOS
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Slice the shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, sake, and coat with cornstarch.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork slices until the color changes.
Add the green peppers and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry together.
Pour the mixed seasoning into the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated and cooked through.
