INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦑 150g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Chinese Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Trim the asparagus and peel the tough skin from the bottom third. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut the red bell pepper into thirds.
Defrost the squid and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the Chinese sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the squid and stir-fry until the color changes. Add asparagus and red bell pepper, cooking until softened.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
